As a golf lover himself with a strong technical background, Founder & CEO Trey Greene saw a need for golf simulator services that go beyond a pallet of equipment left on the doorstep. He wanted to get people across America the golf simulator setup they’ve always dreamed of, without the headache.
From this sparked Assembled Golf, founded in 2023 out of Nashville, TN with the mission to enhance the accessibility of golf for all, regardless of physical ability, technical skills, or space constraints.
In two short years’ time, Assembled Golf has opened service branches across the United States and an online store with nationwide shipping. While expanding quickly, Trey and his team will always stay dedicated to their core goal of increasing access to the wonderful sport of golf.

CEO
A lifelong golf enthusiast, Trey has always dreamed of making the sport more accessible to others. This passion led him to create Assembled, a company dedicated to enhancing the golf experience for enthusiasts everywhere. With a solid background in display technology and event services, Trey leveraged his expertise in electronic setup and configuration to develop state-of-the-art golf simulator systems.
Before founding Assembled, Trey began his career at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, where he helped fundraise and raise awareness for childhood cancer. In 2019, he founded his first company, Outdoor LED, providing mobile LED screens to events ranging from small hometown festivals to three Super Bowls. He successfully exited Outdoor LED in 2022.
Combining his knowledge in fundraising, screen technology, electronic setup, computer configuration, and love for golf, Trey established Assembled to create world-class indoor golf experiences. In his free time, Trey enjoys playing golf, water sports, hunting, and watching Tennessee football. He and his wife Rachel have two lovely children, Eli and Emy, and reside in Columbia, TN, on six acres of land.

Josh brings a unique blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and hands-on experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer. With an educational background in agriculture and aerospace, Josh has spent over a decade building a career around precision, problem-solving, and executing complex projects—skills that translate seamlessly into the world of golf simulator installation.
As a former owner of Goat Guys & Grounded Land Solutions, Josh understands what it takes to build systems that work, manage teams effectively, and deliver results that exceed client expectations. His experience in land management, equipment operation, and project oversight laid a strong foundation for his operational mindset: every space matters, every detail counts, and the end user should feel confident in the investment they’re making.
A service member at heart, Josh leads with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to quality. As COO, he oversees day-to-day operations, installation standards, and workflow efficiency, ensuring every simulator project is completed with accuracy, consistency, and care. From initial planning to final install, Josh remains closely involved to make sure each build meets both technical specifications and customer expectations. Known for his approachable leadership style and positive energy, Josh is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both clients and team members—and yes, you’ll still catch his goofy personality along the way.

Meet BJ, CRO of Assembled Golf. A seasoned veteran in the sports and live events industry with over 25 years of invaluable experience, BJ has collaborated on high-level events with the PGA Tour, NFL, and NCAA, among others. This extensive experience has given him a wealth of expertise for his role at Assembled Golf. His knack for understanding client needs and delivering tailor-made solutions makes him a trusted advisor in the realm of golf simulator installation services.
Before joining Assembled Golf, BJ’s background in event management and technology helped him become a go-to expert in the industry, known for delivering tailored solutions that exceed client expectations. His skills in event planning and screen technology now help him create amazing golf simulator experiences.
Outside of work, BJ’s passion for sports extends to his personal life, where he loves spending quality time with his wife and four kids. Whether it’s hitting the golf course, throwing a football, or engaging in just about any other sport, BJ’s enthusiasm and expertise are always apparent.

Ryan leads the marketing efforts at Assembled Golf, shaping the brand’s voice and digital presence to connect with golfers in meaningful ways. With a background in marketing and web design, he focuses on building valuable, search engine-friendly online experiences.
Since 2016, Ryan has worked in marketing, helping businesses strengthen their online presence through strategy, content, and design. He holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Iowa and brings a thoughtful, audience-first approach to every project.
At Assembled Golf, Ryan works to ensure that customers—from first-time buyers to seasoned golfers—have the resources they need to explore indoor golf and create a space that fits their goals. Whether it’s developing content, refining messaging, or shaping user experience, his role is centered on making the brand easy to find, trust, and engage with.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing guitar and going on outdoor adventures with his yellow lab, Sadie.

Meet Mike, Vice President of Sales at Assembled Golf. With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership and solution development, Mike takes a consultative, results-driven approach to every client engagement. He excels at understanding client goals and turning them into customized, high-end golf simulator solutions that consistently exceed expectations. Over his career, Mike has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions and fostering lasting client relationships across the sports and technology industries.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys traveling, coaching his two young children, and spending quality time with his family.

VP of Sales
Based in Freehold, New Jersey, Ian brings over 20 years of global sales leadership to his role as Vice President of National Sales. He’s known for his personable style and his knack for building strong relationships while helping customers make sense of their golf‑simulator setup. Thanks to his background in International Supply Chain Management, Ian breaks down the tech, from launch‑monitor distances to common installation hurdles, in a way that feels clear, simple, and stress‑free. His grounded approach keeps clients and colleagues engaged and motivated.
Outside the boardroom, Ian has explored some of North America’s most breathtaking landscapes, including spending two months hiking the Appalachian Trail. His love for the outdoors fuels his passion for golf and keeps him energized alongside his wife and two girls. Whether he’s driving business growth or heading out on a new adventure, Ian brings genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, and a commitment to connecting with people and possibilities.
VP of Operations
Ryan Guerrette hails from a small town in Maine, a place he proudly calls home and deeply cherishes. Growing up in New England instilled in him a lifelong passion for the region’s charm, community spirit, and outdoor lifestyle. An avid sports enthusiast, Ryan played through high school, cultivating a competitive drive and appreciation for teamwork that continue to shape his approach today.
As the VP of Operations, he brings a wealth of expertise to the world of golf simulation. With over five years of experience installing a diverse range of golf simulators, Ryan has established himself as a trusted leader in the industry. His work has taken him across the United States and into Canada, where he has delivered high-quality installations tailored to each client’s needs. Prior to specializing in simulators, Ryan honed his skills in construction, a background that provided a strong foundation in precision, craftsmanship, and project management—skills he seamlessly transitioned into designing and building top-tier golf simulation setups. At Assembled Golf, Ryan is passionate about combining cutting-edge technology with a love for the game, helping golf enthusiasts elevate their experience. As President, he oversees operations in the Northeast, ensuring every project reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, who inspire his drive and dedication both on and off the job. They galvanize his work ethic and provide the foundation for all the work he does.
VP of Design
Samantha is Assembled Golf’s VP of Design. A forever student, she uses her experience and love of learning to bring her clients’ dreams to life! Sam is passionate about design psychology and has a deep understanding of how purposeful rooms can change lives and just as importantly- your game.
Her eye for design was noticed at a young age as she began custom art installations and working in design and merchandising. After attending O’More College of Design and graduating from MTSU, she continued roles in both design and operations management- growing her knack for managing processes along with the creativity to ideate and visualize what could be. Sam describes herself as left and right brained, and uses this duality to design spaces that are both beautiful and functional. No matter the scope of your project, Sam can collaborate with you to transform your space into a place to perfect your art.
When she’s not rendering floorplans or sourcing materials, Sam can be found doing anything out in the sunshine with her husband Josh, owner of the land clearing company Grounded Land Solutions, their two kids, and Border Collie. She’s a sucker for a fun fact and at some point will probably tell you all about “something she learned about in a podcast”.
Sam gets just as much joy as anyone out of a good before and after, and can’t wait to turn your ideas into your custom golf experience!
President of Southeast
Jess is Assembled Golf’s go-to guy for golf simulator design and installation across the Southeast.
After falling in love with the game as a kid, Jess got his first “golf job” at the ripe old age of fourteen: weed-eating, bunker-filling, and picking up countless range balls at his local country club. From that humble beginning, he went on to build a successful career leading luxury golf travel companies such as PerryGolf and World Golf Group…and getting to play some of the world’s greatest courses “for research purposes.”
During that time, Jess was bitten by the home remodeling bug and, on the rare occasions he wasn’t traveling, could usually be found either at Home Depot or in one of several houses he completely gutted, renovated, and flipped. Finally, after 20+ years in the golf travel business, Jess traded his jet-setting job for one that allowed him to stick closer to home, spend more time with his wife and three young children, and launch his second career in residential and commercial construction as a Georgia licensed general contractor.
Jess brings his lifelong passion for golf, his career-long commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences, and his contractor’s efficiency, professionalism, and dedication to quality construction to every Assembled project, no matter how big or small.
President of Texas
Based in Austin, Matt is the President of Assembled Golf Texas and your go-to expert for building the golf simulator of your dreams. With over three years of experience in golf simulator design/installation, and a lifelong passion for the game, he’s excited to help you elevate your at-home golf experience.
Matt’s career began as an officer in the Air Force. He served in a variety of financial management roles before earning his MBA from the University of Texas and spending three impactful years teaching/mentoring cadets at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. From there, he became CEO of Iron Neck, a company focused on concussion prevention and posture improvement through neck training. After seven years of steady growth and countless customer success stories, he passed along the reins to shift his focus to the golf industry.
As golf simulators grow in popularity—thanks to Texas heat, crowded courses, improved technology, and more accessible pricing—Matt is ready to help you bring the course home. Whether you want to sharpen your skills, create a fun space to entertain, or both, he’s the perfect partner to guide you on the journey.
When he’s not working, Matt enjoys honing his own mediocre golf game, watching sports with friends, and spending time with his wife, Jenna, and their two young kids, Stone and Scottie.
President of Carolinas
Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Nate is the President of Assembled Golf Carolinas and here to help you create a customized golf simulator that fits your space. Nate is excited to bring his years of sales experience, procurement, and project management to elevate your at-home golf experience.
Nate received his undergraduate degree at Michigan State University and continued his education by completing his MBA. His career began in supply chain management and logistics in construction materials. During this time, he also ventured into real estate and property management. Nate has always had a strong passion for golf and has traveled North America playing bucket-list golf courses with customers and colleagues.
When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife (Jenn) and two children (Avery and Blake), visiting the beach, trying new restaurants, and squeezing in a golf round whenever he can.
