The Club Line
This introductory service provides the essential renderings needed to visualize your space and finalize your layout. It is perfect for confirming product selections or conceptualizing a difficult space. This line offers three distinct service options:
- Basic Rendering: A 2D side-view rendering that maps out your room. It factors in optimal distances for the screen and launch monitor and shows locations for PC housing and TVs.
- 3D + Basic Rendering: Includes the 2D Basic Rendering plus an immersive 3-Dimensional rendering of what your finished simulator room will look like.
- Club Design Service: Our top-tier introductory package. It includes both the Basic and 3D Renderings, plus basic design services. This includes expert support in selecting wall color, turf, padding, PC housing, and bay frame designs.

The Assembled Signature Series
This service is the ideal choice for clients who want a professionally designed, timeless “country club” aesthetic without the need for a fully custom build. We use a curated collection of pre-selected materials and products that have been vetted for quality.
The design process includes:
- Consultation: To discuss your vision, timeline, and budget.
- Concept Development: We present mood boards, color palettes, materials, and a proposed floorplan.
- Design Development: We create detailed drawings and renderings to finalize the design.
- Final Design Presentation & Revisions: We present the final plan and include time for adjustments.
- FF&E, Project Management & Installation: We offer optional, full-service FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) selection, procurement, project management, and final installation.
The Founders Collection
This is our fully customizable, bespoke offering with no limits on executing your vision. It is the perfect solution for a complete renovation or building a new space from a blank slate. We work with you on every detail, from custom materials and paint colors to wet bar countertops and furniture procurement.
The custom design process includes:
- Consultation: An in-depth call to determine the project scope, timeline, and design direction.
- Concept Development: We create custom mood boards, color palettes, inspiration, renderings, and layout options.
- Design Development: We select all materials and create detailed drawings, plans, and renderings to visualize the final, cohesive design.
- Final Design Presentation & Revisions: We present the final design, complete with selected samples and finishes, and include time for adjustments.
- FF&E, Project Management & Installation: We offer optional, full-service FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) selection, procurement, vendor coordination, comprehensive project management, and final installation.
